About Nadia
Merhaba! I'm Nadia, a pastry chef from Almaty. Istanbul is my second home — my sister moved there, and my spice route runs straight through it. My suitcases smell like a good bakery: cinnamon, vanilla, dried apricots. I carry the things the post office doesn't understand: delicate things, fresh things, things with a deadline.
A birthday cake topper that had to arrive before the birthday. Saffron for a restaurant opening. A first-anniversary photo album. Once I carried a box of Kazakh chocolate across two borders and it arrived still looking like the shop photo — my proudest five-star review. What I love most is the handoff: people wait for their item at arrivals like it's a person coming home.
